Founder, Sync HR Services

Cecilia Malone is a seasoned HR professional with deep experience in compliance, employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll processing. With a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Employment Law, she brings both operational expertise and a regulatory lens to her work.

She has implemented and managed payroll processes, conducted regulatory audits, and led the administration of benefits programs including enrollment, carrier communications, and invoice reconciliation. Her experience also includes developing policies, managing offboarding, and investigating sensitive employee relations issues with discretion and integrity.

Cecilia is a certified Group Benefits Associate (GBA). She brings a practical, solutions-oriented mindset to every engagement, ensuring clients receive reliable HR support that is compliant, accurate, and aligned with their unique goals.
